Jim is the property owner and also resides on-site with his wife, Sandy, and their two dogs. He enjoys spending the mornings at the dog park with his favorite “children” and relaxing in his hammock in the evenings.

Sandy is also a property owner who resides on-site with her husband, Jim. She loves working in her garden, spending time with her two grandchildren, and playing bridge. Sandy is also a newly certified master naturalist!

Max is a hard worker and and loves to spend his free time cooling off in the ponds on the property and swimming against the current at the river. He loves getting into mischief and stealing shoes.

Hannah was recently adopted by Jim and Sandy after she was found abandoned at the dog park. She loves wrestling with her new brother, Max, and getting pets from anyone and everyone.
